FITZ'S EXPERIMENT #2

We had 5 inspectors stop by today because we are starting to pursue our occupancy permit.
 
Some hilarious advice to fellow occupancy-seekers: have some Fitz in your fridge.  The one inspector we remembered to offer Fitz's rootbeer approved us on the spot.

Eric Mayer, grandson of the owner and founder of the original Mayer's Bakery, will attend our first bar-building and talk about the history of the space, and, with a little luck, he'll even bring old blueprints and photos of the Bakery as it was, as well as a loaf of bread baked by his grandfather, who still bakes regularly.  We are so looking forward to meeting him.
